Employment Solicitor (1 - 5 years PQE)

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious and motivated Employment Solicitor to join a market leading, Legal 500 firm in a great Suffolk location,

Due to the team's success and organic growth they are seeking an additional Employment Solicitor to join them

This work includes high net worth and complex matters, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment cases, advising both individuals and organisations.

You will be managing matters to include HR Policies, grievances and disciplinaries, discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissals and whistle blowing.

There is a degree of flexibility here on level, we would be interested to hear from candidate's with at least three years PQE up to a more Senior level

You will be working closely alongside the existing team who are supportive and work cohesively. You should be someone who is commercially minded and is happy to get involved in business development and marketing activities.
