JOB TITLE:      Corporate Paralegal

THE ROLE:
Due to continued growth, the highly rated corporate team of this leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Paralegal into their busy team. The role will be varied and will include supporting the lawyers within the team on M&A work as well as supporting in regards to company secretarial work and assisting on other duties as and when required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Corporate Paralegals will have at 2 years’ experience working within a similar role at a practice renowned for their corporate offerings. With a strong commercial awareness and a dedication to specialise within corporate law, this is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking to continue developing their skills and experience within Corporate law.
