The Role

The team are looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE. You will be based in their City of London office.

You will work as part of a highly regarded department, alongside a Partner who is a leading individual. You will find you will obtain excellent exposure to a highly broad range of top-quality work and clients. This range of work includes advising on a large number of complex and interesting real estate, landlord and tenant, regulatory and asset-based matters, in both the commercial (primarily) and residential sectors.

The work will cover a broad range of property related disputes that may include the First Tier Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal, Upper Tribunal, Supreme Court, Property Chamber and more. This will include matters for institutional Landlord clients with shopping centres around the country, dilapidations issues, forfeitures, covenant issues, PWA and ROL issues, arbitrations and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
• Experience working at a well-regarded London firm with a solid and broad understanding of all aspects of Property Litigation.
• It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
