This multi-award winning team is working with a range of work from fixed fee divorces to financial disputes with some complex children matters. The firm act nationwide and are a leading provider of probate, estate planning, private client services as well as a portfolio of blue chip clients across banking, insurance and advisory sectors. There is also a chance to work some high profile and high net worth family cases. This position is currently completely remote, going forward the firm are able to offer either completely remote working or a mix of going into the offices and wfh.

The Role:

• Providing exceptional legal advice to clients on a variety of matters
• Progressing active negotiation and mediation
• Making sure revenue targets are consistently met
• Drafting and auditing legal documents and correspondence
• Able to provide technical support to colleagues when needed
