National firm ranked in the Chambers UK seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join them in their central Newcastle office.

This firm is known for their supportive and collegiate atmosphere and has been awarded Britain's Top Employer Award for 10 years running.

Servicing an impressive range of SME/OMB's, public bodies to large international PLC's, the level of exposure will be excellent. You will also handle a full caseload of corporate transactional matters including; mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.

The role will also involve taking an active role in business development - building existing relationships and generating new work. To be considered for the role you should have at least 3 years PQE in corporate law and the ability to handle your own caseload without constant supervision. The firm will consider all levels through from 3 years up to a Partner level appointment.
