Court of Protection Solicitor (2-4 PQE)

A leading Yorkshire firm are looking to take on a Court of Protection Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE. You’ll handle a range of Court of Protection matters involving deputyships and acting for attorneys and have the opportunity to help generate further work and promote the team. 

The firm are entirely focused on delivering the very best service to their clients, so it’s not all about targets and chargeable hours. What’s more, they have fostered a culture of trust and don’t micromanage, leaving their lawyers to get on with what they’re best at. 

You'll be able to choose how often you'd like to work at home or in the office, so this is the perfect position if you are looking for a job that allows you to fit your work around your other commitments. If you would like to reduce your hours, the firm are also open to considering part-time for this position. 

Court of Protection Solicitor – North Yorkshire  The company & role

You will handle an interesting Court of Protection caseload on behalf of individuals who have lost capacity following a birth injury or accident and have received personal injury or clinical negligence damages and those living with dementia and other illnesses

A Court of Protection Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE  
Will be used to running their own caseload of professional deputyship work

Will be well organised and be able to work well under pressure 
Will have excellent client care and communication skills
