Job Details
A renowned practice with years of niche expertise and dedication to their clients has an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor within their centrally located Newcastle upon Tyne office. This firm are recognised and commended for their work within the legal sector with the top Trade Unions. Passionate Employment Solicitors in Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East region are highly sought for this Employment Solicitor position.

An Overview
-Your Employment caseload will be a diverse mix of litigated and non-litigated matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims, settlement agreements and some discrimination claims.
-Aside of your outstanding legal knowledge and having the ability to progress each case swiftly, your communication skills must be first rate. Your clients will need your full support and empathy as well as all that you achieve on their behalf.
-In tandem with your caseload achievements, you will receive all the support, mentoring and training you require, allowing you to perform to the very best of your ability. Please note your dedication will be rewarded.
The Ideal Candidate
-It is paramount that you are proficient in Employment Tribunal rules of procedure and the litigation process.
-You will confidently assess, advise on the prospects of success and value of these, and smoothly manage employment matters, examples of which include, unfair dismissals, wage claims, settlement agreements as well as less complex claims.
