SALARY:                        Up to c£40,000 DOE  

THE ROLE:
A leading, multi-office firm in Lancashire have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own busy caseload of Commercial Property matters to include, but not limited to, acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, site acquisition for development along with commercial property disputes. The firm are instructed on a mixture of middle to high-end work across the full range of Commercial Property matters.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have in excess of 2 years’ PQE and will have been running their own caseload of matters in this time. Applicants must be confident in handling a mixed and busy caseload and be dedicated to providing an excellent standard of client care. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with good attention to detail. This role also offers business development opportunities therefore an interest in this area is ideal.
