Planning Partner

You will join a heavy-hitting team of Partners and Lawyers, many of whom are individually recognised in the Legal 500. The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Planning Partner to join this highly regarded Top 100 firm, based in Manchester City Centre.

The team handles a broad range of high-quality matters on behalf of a National and International client base. The firm has a strong sector presence across health, insurance, sport, and technology, making for an interesting and diverse caseload. The role will cover the full range of planning work, including strategic planning advice, review of planning applications, planning obligations, advice on CIL etc.

On a strategic level, you will work closely with the other Partners across the firm and will have influence over key decisions that are made. Requirements:

• You will be a Planning Partner at a reputable national or international law firm
• You will have a strong background in Planning Law
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development in order to contribute to profitability
• A network of contacts or a portable practice would be highly advantageous
