Our client, a Legal 500 firm based in Birmingham are seeking a Locum Employment Solicitor to support them during a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, to include:

• Providing employment law advice to long-standing commercial clients
• Consulting on dismissal, redundancy, employment contracts and employee handbooks
• Handling complex settlement agreements
• Attending Employment Tribunals as and when necessary

The firm are established yet modern. They are recognised by the Legal 500 across multiple departments including Employment, and pride themselves on being able to provide a first-rate legal service to their clients.
