Social Housing Solicitor
A Social Housing Solicitor is required by a Property team in a Devon law firm.
The Firm
An award winning law firm with a strong reputation throughout the south west for providing cost effective quality legal advice. The Property team deal with all aspects of social property, property transactions including part exchange, plot sales and new build development work.
The Role
The Social Housing Solicitor will manage a varied case load involving Social Housing developments to including land/site acquisition, development agreements and related contractual documentation.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with Property development experience is required The role will enable the successful candidate to develop a career under the guidance of an experienced and very successful team.
Salary dependent upon experience.
