Job Details
This is an outstanding and rare opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a thriving firm in North Manchester with the view to progress to Head of Employment within the coming years.
Our client is a full service law firm with strong roots and an enviable reputation in North Manchester. They boast a varied client base consisting of companies across the North West that regularly seek the expertise of their pragmatic Employment team. The firm are keen to meet with ambitious Employment Solicitors who would be keen to step into the team and progress into a Head of Employment position.
This role would be best suited to an Employment Solicitor with five or more years of experience managing a mix of advisory and contentious Employment matters. This role will see you working closely alongside the current Head of Employment to advise their clients on disciplinaries, employment contracts, redundancies and dismissals, as well as undertaking litigated issues.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone to advance their career and receive constructive mentoring to best prepare you for the Head of Employment role.
