We are working in connection with a Top Legal 500 firm in Cardiff. This highly sought after firm are now looking for an 3-5 Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cardiff team .

At the moment the firm are able to offer completely remote working with the hopes of going back into the offices when normality returns. This will suit a mid level PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, that perhaps isn't getting the exposure to quality of work they need.

You will be expected to get involved in a variety of commercial property matters in both public and private sector work, including retail leases/agreements and development matters. The firms impressive client portfolio of high quality work ranges for acting for investors, developers, banks, local authorities, occupiers and charities.
