Are you a commercially minded lawyer who is looking for a unique opportunity to work within a public sector organisation which is solely focused on regeneration, transport and development work?

Sellick Partnership is recruiting to a permanent Commercial Lawyer position with a public sector organisation which established itself over 4 years ago and is looking for someone to join their expanding legal services team.

This is a unique organisation and you will be joining a vibrant and exciting team which solely focuses on transport, infrastructure and development project work. You will be an experienced Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive that has a creative and can do attitude either from public sector or private practice background. You will have experience in one or two of the following areas which include commercial contracts, commercial property or planning law. Our client is keen to hear from individuals who have experience in company law due to the increase in work within this area.

This is a progressive organisation which will allow you to expand on your current knowledge in the areas mentioned but also allow you to further develop a skill set given the wide variety of the project work which is on offer. You will be leading on projects such as residential and commercial housing and development schemes alongside new transport and railway functions. You will be working with other commercial lawyers in the team on larger projects across a variety of skill sets whilst managing internal and external stakeholders.

They are looking for someone to startaround February/ March time but are happy to be flexible around notice periods. They are going to be working remotely in the main with the view of working a 50/50 split of home and office based from there. This is not an opportunity to be missed!
