Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor - Sittingbourne, Kent

An established and growing law firm in Sittingbourne, Kent are looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Solicitor with at least 6yrs+ PQE in both residential conveyancing and commercial property.

Joining an established and growing property team, you'll join at senior level where you'll handle both residential and commercial property transactions. This will include, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, help to buy, right to buy as well as statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, plots sales and residential developments. In addition, you'll oversee more junior members of the team/Paralegals and Lawyers.

You must be an experienced Property Solicitor with a proven track record in handling both residential and commercial property matters. You'll be a keen networker with experience in undertaking business development/client development activities. A following of clients/exisiting work to bring would be advantageous, although not essential.
