Job Title: In-house Barrister/Advocate

Job description: We are recruiting for an I n-House Barrister/Advocate to join our client; a well-respected private practice in Manchester, on a permanent basis. The client will consider candidates on a temporary to permanent basis in the first instance.

Duties will consist of:

-       Undertaking advocacy for the firm, predominantly in respect of civil litigation matters

-       Attending hearings across a number of Courts in the Manchester area

-       Preparing for court to include drafting court documents

Previous experience advocacy experience within civil litigation is essential.

Applications will be considered from Qualified Barristers and Solicitors with the above relevant experience.
