LAW Absolute is seeking an Education Lawyer on a part time basis, for 20 hours per week. Our client is a local authority based in Berkshire.
The role is to start in April and will run for an initial three-month period. The successful Education Lawyer will be required to pick up an existing caseload of SEN matters and litigation work such as adult social care debts. SENDIST tribunal experience is essential. This is a temporary role and requires the candidate to hold a current practising certificate.
Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
