Dispute Resolution NQ-3 PQE Solicitor Job - SOUTH WALES

Your new company
Our client is a highly regarded and national Top 100 UK Law firm. With a number of L500 and Chambers & Partners rankings, they are known for their personal approach to commercial legal advice. They currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an NQ-3 PQE dispute resolution solicitor to join their Housing Management team, who are part of their dispute resolution department.

This is a great role for a solicitor with experience in Housing matters, or a solicitor with general litigation experience who wishes to retrain to join a substantial multi-office firm, and is a great chance to join a Tier 1 ranked Dispute Resolution team and handle a range of matters including property disputes and housing management claims. The work is extremely varied and can be fast-paced ranging from drafting advice to without notice injunctions. The Firm will support your training and development to ensure you reach your full potential. You will be part of a team offering expert legal advice to social registered landlords (SRL) and Government bodies across England and Wales. No 2 days will be the same in this role and you will be carrying out your own advocacy in the courts and visiting clients throughout South Wales.

About you
You will be a solicitor between NQ to 3 years PQE with experience of dealing with a broad range of litigated matters. The firm are offering some flexibility and we would encourage applications from candidates with general litigation experience who are looking to specialise, as well as those with a solid background in Housing matters. Experience of landlord and tenant matters would be a real plus, but applications are open for those who wish to retrain into this area. The successful candidate will need to show a good knowledge of the CPR, strong practical skills, and strong client skills.

What you'll get in return
Joining an experienced and well respected Top 100 firm, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package as well as genuine career progression prospects.
