Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a range of M&A work as well as corporate governance matters. The firm has an established and active client base and you can expect to work closely with key clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with additional pqe. You will be a versatile team player who is able to build effective and long-term relationships with clients.
