Litigation Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in managing a team in a Litigation environment?

If so, my client is a boutique litigation only practice in the heart of Manchester who are looking to expand their Financial Miss-Selling team.

Ideally, you will be a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE with the ability to manage a team of 10+ paralegals with a total caseload of circa 4000 files and able to monitor performance and KPI's and monthly reporting to Directors and the Head of Department.
