Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - Chichester, West Sussex

A well established and growing law firm in Chichester are looking for an experienced Fee Earner (Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx) to join their wills and probate department.

Joining a team of 10 including fee earners and support staff, your role will be to manage a caseload of Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Tax Planning and Trusts. You'll have plenty of assistance provided by the dedicated secretarial team.

You must be a qualified Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 2yrs+ PQE in managing your own caseload of private client matters listed above. Membership of STEP or SFE would be a distinct advantage. You must be client focused and have an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution for clients.
