JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor / Legal Executive
PQE: 1-3
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £30-40,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This established team is looking for an additional Fee-earner (Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE or CILEX equivalent) to join their busy team. The caseload will be privately funded family law and will include (but not limited to) divorce and separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial disputes upon divorce, residence and contact disputes for children, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements and issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship. You will be handling your own cases as well as assisting on more complex matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will have between 1 and 3 years’ PQE and will be able to demonstrate some solid experience to date within private family law. Communication skills and a passion for family law are essential.
