Junior Corporate Commercial Solicitor

This established Legal 500 firm is now looking to recruit into their business services team.

It is anticipated you will have between 0-3 years of experience within corporate commercial law.

You will work closely alongside a reputed partner who will guide and mentor you. Your caseload will include advising mainly owner managed businesses and partnerships. You will advise on Mergers & Acquisitions, asset and share purchase agreements, management buy-Ins & buyouts, joint ventures, restructuring and partnership formations.

There will also be the opportunity to assist on larger matters involving international investors and liaise closely with colleagues in the tax, employment and real estate teams in order to get your clients deals over the line.

This is a reputed firm, but not a national law firm. You may therefore find that your caseload is far broader, and you are given much more responsibility early on, than you may gain at a larger firm.
