JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 10+
LOCATION: Shrewsbury

THE ROLE:
• Dealing and handling a varied and complex caseload of commercial property matters
• Managing all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant and development and leasehold
• Representing clients and providing excellent service

REQUIREMENTS:
• Circa 10 years PQE in dealing with commercial property matters
• Demonstrate astute technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
• At least 10 years’ PQE again within a recognised legal practice
• Strong business development skills and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organisational, written and IT skills are essential
