Due to expansion an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive is wanted for a truly rewarding opportunity with a friendly and supportive North Yorkshire law firm who have built out an excellent reputation in the local community. Applications are invited from service driven Residential Conveyancers with upwards of 3 years experience looking for an opportunity in a forward thinking law firm with traditional values and a client focused approach to service delivery. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, upwards of £28,000 with excellent benefits plus secretarial support.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Executive will join a busy property department that benefits from established relationships with regional estate agents as well as having built out a lot of goodwill within the discerning local community. Managing an existing caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Some Agricultural and Commercial Property work may form part of the caseload when the know how is there, safe in the knowledge that there will always be an experienced Partner close to had to lend an ear.

Applications are invited from service driven Residential Conveyancing Executives motivated to build out their skill set in a forward thinking, client focused law firm with traditional values. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or specialist property law environment and demonstrate the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction. Strong technical ability will be complemented by an excellent all round communication style, team play and natural people skills. Local knowledge an advantage but equally the role would suit someone considering a relocation to the beautiful North Yorkshire region.
