The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 3 years+ PQE to join their flourishing Bromley office.

They are seeking to hire a 3 years+ PQE Solicitor to join their growing property conveyancing team in South West London.

The team consists of a partner, seven fee earners and paralegal and administration support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with their experienced partner who has a first-rate reputation in the market, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure for your years of PQE.

Their clientele is a mixture of local and national HNW clients, some of which have been with the company for decades, demonstrating their high level of client service. The monthly targets are reasonable and achievable, ensuring their clients continue to receive market-leading legal advice and support.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward, working on their in-house caseload whilst offering an entrepreneurial approach to maximising business opportunities.

This role comes with very strong prospects of progression due to the department growing.

Requirements

• You will have at least 3 years PQE in Residential Property Conveyancing (no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• You will be expected to hit the ground running and show strong organisational skills
