NQ - 3 PQE
A superb opportunity for an excellent Corporate Commercial candidate with good experience gained at a reputable law firm looking to develop their career at this highly regarded practice.
You will enjoy handling a busy and healthy caseload of a wide range of corporate matters which may include business sales and purchases, M&A, commercial contracts and Shareholders' Agreements amongst other high profile corporate and commercial matters.
You will enjoy a good balance between autonomous working, by managing an agreed caseload of clients, and a supportive working environment through operating alongside senior fee earners.
If you are commercially minded, enjoy company law, have strong business development skills, and want to be part of a leading team this is the opportunity for you.
