Due to expansion a dedicated and diligent Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Newcastle based opportunity with an award winning and forward thinking law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their Conveyancing know how and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £24000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits such as free parking, flexible and remote working and private medical .

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish with support from Legal Assistants. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to mentor and act as a 2nd opinion for less experienced team members.

Applications are invited from motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, CILEX and Licensed Conveyancers looking to progress their careers in a modern, forward thinking legal environment. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
