JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 0-2
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £50,000 – 55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is a great role with a forward thinking team in the City. Within the Team, there are 8 dedicated Partners working on a wide variety of property transactions across the development pipeline from land assembly (including options), to development and ultimately disposal or lettings to end users. The team acts across a broad range of the property sector including commercial property (retail, commercial and industrial), development as well as residential led development schemes. The team is looking for someone personable with strong analytical skills, and a willingness to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and get involved in a broad range of property work. The role will be to assist one of the Partners predominantly with commercial property but also supporting others within the team. The successful candidate will be involved with investment sales and purchases, asset management for existing portfolios and the acquisition of development sites with the aim of honing your property skills to make you a trusted advisor for clients and the ‘go to’ person for their property enquiries.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level. You should have completed at least one seat of your training contract focused on commercial property and will have a real passion and flair for this area of law.
