This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of a wider award-winning banking and financial group.
The Employment, Incentives and Immigration team sits well within the Corporate & Commercial department, with the team spread across the UK and the globe. You will work with a vast client base which includes global financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies and the major UK and International Businesses.
You will be involved in the full range of Employment Law and HR support work, Contentious and Non-Contentious, (experience in either will be considered), for a wide range of clients across all business sectors. You can expect to work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints and investigations.
