Wills & Probate Lawyer

Our client is a well regarded and successful mid-tier regional firm with an excellent office culture known for being flexible without the need to compromise on the quality of work undertaken for clients.

Their Private Client team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including estate planning and personal tax advice alongside other non-contentious probate matters.  It is now looking to appoint an assured junior lawyer (solicitor / FILEX) to undertake a varied role in its Teeside offices. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a broad range of responsibilities including drafting the full gamut of documents including wills, powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorneys and those relating to inheritance tax planning for families.

Whilst the successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE behind him/her the firm has not set an upper limit as it is more focused on bringing in the right person rather than a particular amount of specific experience. Our client is focused on appointing the right person – someone with a collaborative approach, who is a team player and remains approachable within the context of their friendly, open style of working.
