Locum Civil and Criminal Solicitor (OUTSIDE IR35)

Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor – £40 - £45 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 – West Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Civil & Criminal Litigation Solicitor for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3-4 months on a full-time basis but they will consider part-time applications. There is a strong possibility that the assignment will be extendedbeyond the initial period.

The focus of the job is on police work: proceeds of crime civil applications, closure orders, sexual harm prevention orders, disclosure orders in family proceedings etc. However, experience of housing litigation and housing law generally would be useful; as would experience of applications under the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act and traveller possessions.

This role is offering an attractive rate of between £40 - £45 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 dependent upon experience.
