JOB TITLE:                Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer
LOCATION:                West Midlands region
SALARY:                    DOE- up to £40,000

THE ROLE:  This Legal 500 recorded firm are seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer to cover a period of Maternity Cover from Spring 2021, for around 6-9 months. This is a really exciting opportunity to work within a successful and thriving team. The role is full time, however the firm are currently considering candidates on a part time basis. This role is office based, however the firm are accommodating part time home working. This role is made up of a variety and mixed caseload of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this role will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with a minimum of 3/4 years’ experience of working within a busy property team. You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of conveyancing services including sales, purchases, plot sales, residential development and landlord and tenant related issues. You will be motivated to provide an exceptional client service, and be keen to take your career to the next level with a market leading firm.
