Commercial Property Solicitor | 1-3 PQE

Due to continued growth a leading South West practice is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in Shepton Mallet with the option of home / remote working.

The firm offer a local & national service with a focus on large scale portfolio transactions. You will have the opportunity to handle more complicated transactions whilst working alongside the Head of Department.

The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of matters including:

• acquisitions and disposals
• property development
• landlord and tenant matters
• property finance,
• transfers of equity, and easements etc.

You will work closely with the Head of Department and will have full administrative support from day one. There is also the chance to mentor in this role and grow the department.

Applications are sought from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 1-3 years post qualification experience but those outside of this are also encouraged to apply.  The successful candidate will have broad commercial property knowledge. Additionally you will need to demonstrate strong networking skills and an aptitude for business development.
