THE ROLE:

The team do a range of work for clients from quality SMEs to owner-managed businesses and large corporates

Excellent caseload, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions, listed company transactions and IPOs.

They have an established Corporate team and are looking to bring in an ambitious junior Corporate Solicitor – (from NQ-3 PQE).
