Join this modern, innovative law firm that places quality, client service, and employee happiness above unrealistic targets and volume. You will find unrivalled progression prospects, an interesting client base, and a flexible, inclusive culture that is rewarding and exciting to be a part of.
Due to consistent, organic growth, this firm has doubled in size over the past 5 years and has exciting plans to build on this nationally. They currently have more than five offices across the North West, servicing an interesting client base of national corporations, SMEs, and HNW individuals.
The firm is well-known for the number of homegrown partners that they house, and you can expect a high level of investment into your career development and progression. Over 85% of their Partners came in at trainee/junior level and have worked their way up to Partnership in a short period.
One of the best things about the firm is the culture, evidenced by their extremely high staff retention rate. Whilst the firm is now well over 100 Lawyers strong, they have retained a family feel, and office politics are non-existent. Once we are back to normal, there will be regular social events, including nights out and days away, that allow you to build close relationships with your colleagues within your team and the wider firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a close-knit Conveyancing team in Manchester.
The Conveyancing team is the firm's beating heart and will play a pivotal role in its long term growth plans. You will handle a broad range of Conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership. The department has strong relationships with local estate agents and even some national referrers, ensuring a constant flow of work and business development won't be a focus.
This is not a high volume environment, as the firm prioritise client service over unrealistic targets. This allows you to build close relationships with your clients and gives you a better work/life balance.
You will also work closely alongside the team's highly experienced Partner, which will give you an unrivalled level of exposure to more complex matters and a platform to develop your career.
The salary is highly competitive, and you will receive an attractive benefits package that includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), additional pension contributions, and bonus.
