Property Lawyer
Opportunity to transition from residential conveyancing to commercial property.
Well respected firm seeks a Property Lawyer to join their busy Commercial Property Team. The firm will provide full training on commercial property matters making this position ideal for individuals with residential conveyancing knowledge who are seeking to get into commercial property.
You will initially handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters and deal with all aspects of the sale, purchase and remortgage of residential property. You will gradually gain exposure to high quality commercial property work and learn from experienced Solicitors. Over time your caseload will shift to include higher and higher proportion of commercial property work which will include all types of commercial acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work.
The firm offers ongoing support and training and a competitive salary and benefits package to include private medical insurance.
We are interested in hearing from individuals with a minimum of two years fee earning experience in residential conveyancing who are comfortable handling a caseload autonomously. Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Fee Earners with the requisite experience.
