Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive - Devon - Legal 500
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - 2 years +
A superb opportunity has become available for a full time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with one of our Legal 500 clients based in Devon
The ideal candidate will need to be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years PQE
There will be an expectation to assist in the expansion of the team's monthly caseload of clients, undertaking the whole range of residential transactions
The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including:
-Sales and purchases
-Help to buy
-Re-mortgages
-New builds
-Lease extensions
-Buy to let
