JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £30,000 - £38,000

THE ROLE: This growing firm is looking to appoint a capable and ambitious Residential Conveyancer to undertake a varied caseload of residential property transactions. As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a busy and diverse client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years' PQE. You will have experience of running your own caseload, from instruction through to completion and post completion. Our client is seeking someone who is confident with new build transactions, unregistered land, complex leaseholds, right to buys and, of course, understands the strict Help to Buy processes. With strong technical expertise you will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. You must be able to handle moderate to high volume caseloads.
