Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3 years PQE+) is required for a highly regarded Legal 500 commercial firm based in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Recognised across Greater Manchester for its Residential Property offering, you will be joining a thriving residential property team with an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal services. This is a low volume conveyancing role and you will be dealing with your own caseload of predominantly high value residential properties (£500,000+) on both a local and national scale, including complex London leasehold properties, right to buy, staircasing and estates.

You must be a passionate and ambitious qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with ideally at least 3 years PQE. Experience in managing your own portfolio of transactions is essential, and any experience dealing with high net worth and complex transactions is desirable.

You must have strong technical knowledge of all areas of Residential Conveyancing, covering a broad range of matters, and an excellent manner with clients. You will be a client focused Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, who ideally has previous experience of working in a well-regarded law firm.
