Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A really well known and highly regarded multi-service law firm based outside of Liverpool in Burscough is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing department with the hire of an experienced and confident Residential Conveyancer.

The Residential Conveyancing department is one of the leaders across the region. It has a really strong reputation for its high-quality work and client care. You'll be joining a team of experienced Fee Earners, both qualified and non-qualified, and be given responsibility for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and freehold, sale and purchase, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy etc.

It is essential that you have previous Residential Conveyancing/Property experience. You'll be able to work autonomously on transactions but work with the wider team when necessary. Ideally, you will have 3 years + experience handling your own caseload and may be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner/CLC.

You'll be joining a modern and commercially aware law firm which has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months in line with business needs and new client wins.
