The Role

This Legal 500 ranked firm is currently seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the firms West End, London office.

This role ties in with the firm's ambitious growth plans; you will be a senior member of the corporate team, focusing on the firm's direction to grow the practice further. You will have a broad range of corporate experience, or specialised inside of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, re-structuring, or equity capital markets.

As a Senior within the team you will be trusted with working with the firm's exceptional core clients. You will also be given the autonomy and support to further develop your clientele and offering in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• You will be commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial
• You should have excellent experience in maintaining and developing client relationships
• You should be ambitious and wanting to assist in the growth and development of the firm
