A fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest restructuring and insolvency practices in the South, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, working on city calibre, varied cases in a team which has an open-door policy team offering huge learning opportunities.

This is a busy, fast growing department, hence the need to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification. The ideal person will have a solid background gained either in the City or at a strong regional firm, working on a varied caseload of restructuring and insolvency work. Typical works includes advising on corporate and financial restructurings, whether in distressed or solvent circumstances, insolvency-related transactions and insolvency-related litigation, including personal insolvency across the UK and cross border.

The Restructuring and Insolvency team works alongside colleagues across other disciplines such as banking and finance, tax, employment, real estate and intellectual property.
