In House Civil / Commercial Litigation Solicitor | 2+ PQE

Due to continued growth, our highly regarded South Wales client are now looking to appoint a Solicitor to join their specialist in house litigation team.

This role will consist of managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.

A fully comprehensive understanding of procedural rules and management of litigation claims, both as Claimant and as a Respondent.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a commercially-minded solicitor to advance their career.

The successful candidate will be a minimum of 2 years PQE with a proven track record in a broad range of disputes including professional negligence claims, debt / Car finance claims, consumer disputes, partnership disputes, construction disputes,  easements and breach of covenants/restrictive covenants..

Moreover, a willingness to continue to expand your technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients.
