Our client is a Top 100 brand with a successful Real Estate offering to some impressive clients, and a decent team based in Leeds which is large enough to be effective but still of a size where new recruits won't be simply 'part of a machine' in the way that frustrates some commercial property solicitors at larger brands.

As a response to the rising client demand and with a view to the long term shape of the department, they are looking to bring in an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to aid their expansion plans in their Leeds office.

The team seeks an experienced Solicitor, whether that be at Senior Associate or Partner level, with a broad ranging background in Real Estate. Given the level, the firm will hope you'll have a client list, network, or following of work to bring, or at least a demonstrable ability to attract work as business generation will be an important part of the role.
