Conveyancer | Bristol Firm

We are looking for either a qualified Conveyancer or non-qualified, as long as you hold the relevant experience. You will need to have at least three years within a Fee Earning capacity and manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

There will be full administrative support given as you will be managing your own files of:

• Sales/Purchases
• Leaseholds/Freeholds
• Re-mortgages
• Auction Properties
• Help to Buy

For the right person the firm are willing to nurture growth and progression through full monetary support through the relevant qualifications, that is if you wanted it. The firm can offer working from home as an option in the future, however really need someone to come into the offices to see how everything is done, get used to the case management systems and to feel a part of the firm.
