PROPERTY LOCUM - REQUIRED ASAP
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to assist a full service high-street firm based in Devon. The firm are looking for support from their offices to cover a Fee Earner's holiday.
The caseload will consist of typical Residential Property matters and the ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience managing a complex residential caseload including but not limited to sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold of land, registered and unregistered titles etc.
The successful locum needs to be available for a start ASAP for a 2 week assignment. The firm ideally require a locum to assist on a full-time basis. Secretarial support is on offer and the hourly rate is £30 - 40 per hour.
