Employment Law Solicitor

NEW ROLE: Niche Employment Firm seeks to recruit an assured Employment Law solicitor for their friendly team based near Cleckheaton. The ideal candidate will have at least 4PQE with good experience of assisting in respondent matters, being gained from a firm known for providing quality employment advice.

The team provides a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment services, including:  maternity and parental leave rights, underperformance, sickness and misconduct procedures, boardroom disputes and severance claims, redundancies and business re-organisations and TUPE issues.

An ability to get involved with the growth of the department via marketing/networking and developing client relationships would be a good advantage to any application. Salary – dependent on experience, with a good financial package.
