The Role

Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer looking for a step up, OR a Partner interested in a lateral move. You will join a leading department in the heart of Central London.

The team deals with a HNW client base and handles all work within the residential property sector, to a high level.

The firm is incredibly strong across real estate - both contentious and non-contentious and anyone aligning their practice to this department will benefit from being part of a highly knowledgeable team.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Partner.
• Attention to detail and able to see issues from a commercial perspective.
• Keen, driven and ambitious attitude to provide the highest levels of services to clients
