The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded Employment department, to set up an Employment team in one of their Lancashire offices.

The firm already has an established Employment department with a presence across the North West, and an abundance of work. They are now looking to expand this into one of their Lancashire-based offices to better service the local, unexploited market. This is a key area of growth for the firm, and as such, you will gain a significant amount of investment to market the practice and develop the department as you see fit.

You will be responsible for driving the newly established Employment team's growth and building on existing contacts to generate and increase revenue. Within a short period of time, once the Employment team is up and running in this office, you will be given full autonomy over building a team.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years experience (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a track record of developing business, or a portable practice
• Experience leading a team would be advantageous
• Ability to identify new areas of growth and exploit cross-referral opportunities
